ashlyn marie ferrierO was a happy 12 year Old girl whO had her life filled with happiness.she loved to dance,&+ play sOftball. she was lOOkinq fOward fOr july 9 which is her birthday &+ she wOuld becOme a teenaqer.Her briqht future tOOk a trajic turn Ohn June 19,2007 wen ashlyn was walkinq up the stairs tOO the train tracks at the avenel train station.While ashlyn & twO Of her friends were playing  On the tracks &+ her Other twO friends stOOd Ohn the platform she nOticed a train was cOminq.her friends were able tOO qet tOO safety but ashlyn didnt make iht.Ashlyn Marie Ferriero died at the aqe of 12 from the injuries she sustained from the train.2 families &+ 2 cOmmunities have been fOrever chanqed.She was strucked &+ killed.No One will ever forqet this day.
